- Follow instructions to submit your payment. You do NOT have to be a PayPal account holder to use this service.
- You will receive confirmation of registration by EMAIL within 14 days of payment. A hard copy receipt will only be issued on request.

- The REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDES HST & provides admission to the scientific sessions, exhibits, the Welcoming Reception, President’s banquet and delegate’s coffees and lunches.
- PAYMENT will be accepted by the office until June 2, 2017 ONLY. After that date you will be required to REGISTER ON-SITE.
